Prior to launching PARCEL Forum in 2003, we took a step back and looked at how traditional trade shows were produced. And then, we decided to do the opposite! From the exhibiting side of the fence, we wanted to build an event that was all-encompassing, cost-effective and worthy of the time and energy exhibitors invested in participating. So, we threw out the traditional formula and created our own.
We cap the number of companies allowed to exhibit and limit the maximum booth size in an effort to create a cost-effective, fairly competitive-free environment.
We feature dedicated, non-compete exhibit hall hours which creates a pressure-free atmosphere conducive to doing business. Think about it, there is nothing else going on when the exhibit hall is open. Exhibitors have attendees' undivided attention!
We include at no charge a turnkey marketing and promotions program that helps position exhibitors Before, During and After the show. The program includes Pre & Post-Show List Usage, Company Profile w/Logo Link, VIP Delivery Program (including $250 Airfare Rebate for select attendees) and much more.
