He is a Certified Packaging Professional and member of the IoPP College of Fellows, an ISTA Certified Packaging Laboratory Professional and chair of ASTM International's Subcommittee D10 (Packaging) on Product Fragility Assessment. Bill is a frequent speaker at national packaging conferences and has authored numerous articles related to packaging and product protection. He holds a BSEE degree from Stanford University .

Larry Rutledge is Manager of FedEx Packaging Design and Development in Memphis, Tennessee .  He has a B.S. degree in Engineering Technology and a M.S. degree in Technical Education from University of Memphis .  He is the current Chairman of IoPP Transport Packaging Committee and on the Board of Directors for ISTA.

Tom Stanton is the International Pricing Analyst for AFMS as well as a licensed customs broker and international traffic manager. With more than 25 years experience, Tom has worked with purchasing teams to reduce import and export costs and resolve international transport and Customs problems. Tom has installed and managed various programs for logistics improvements, including foreign trade zones, manufacturing and same-condition duty drawback programs, temporary import of finished goods and components for manufacture (TIB), Customs compliance procedures and pre-audit reviews, offshore assembly of US components, a NAFTA compliance program, a country-of-origin control database and warehouse receipt and reshipment programs.

Arun received a ME degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, Norfolk VA and a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, India. As an active sportsman he represented India in international Table Tennis tournaments and was also highly ranked in the US in the 1980s. He is the current President of the Council of Logistics Management for Central Texas.
