As part of our industry-first travel rebate program, eligible attendees may receive a $250 airfare rebate or $100 drive-in rebate to help offset the cost of attending PARCEL Forum.

Important: The travel rebate program is available exclusively to attendees registered under a paid Platinum Plus Conference Package. Complimentary Platinum Plus registrations do not qualify.

The Travel Rebate Program provides eligible paid attendees with a $250 airfare rebate or $100 drive-in rebate issued as a Visa gift card onsite at the event. Eligible attendees must complete the rebate request form after registration and meet all requirements outlined below.

To qualify for the rebate, attendees must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a paid registrant with a Platinum Plus Conference package
• Attend the event in person and check in onsite
• Submit a completed rebate request form by August 20, 2026
• Provide all required verification documents and accurate payment information
• Be approved through the event organizer’s verification process

All rebate requests are subject to verification and require supporting documentation prior to approval. Upload your registration confirmation showing proof of a paid Platinum Plus Conference Package, airline confirmation with proof of purchase, or confirmation of travel via personal vehicle for the drive-in rebate. The organizer may request additional information to verify eligibility, registration status, or travel details. Incomplete, ineligible, duplicate, or late submissions may be denied.

Eligible attendees may receive either a $250 airfare rebate or $100 drive-in rebate, depending on the rebate type submitted and approved. Approved rebates will be issued as a Visa gift card and must be picked up onsite at the Platinum Plus Concierge Registration Desk with valid photo identification during designated pickup hours:

Sunday, Sept 13: 4:00PM - 5:30PM  •  Monday, Sept 15: 7:00AM - 12:00PM  •  Tuesday, Sept 16: 7:00AM - 12:00PM

Visa gift cards are the standard form of rebate payment and may be subject to issuer terms, expiration dates, replacement policies, or usage limitations.

Rebate request forms must be submitted by August 20, 2026 for onsite rebate pickup. All rebate submissions received after this date will be mailed their approved gift cards after the conclusion of the event.

The following attendees are not eligible unless otherwise stated in writing by the organizer:

• Complimentary pass holders
• Attendees registered with 3-Day, 2-Day, or 1-Day conference passes and exhibit hall-only passes
• Speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, media, press, staff, or sponsored guests
• Attendees whose registration is cancelled, transferred, discounted beyond eligibility, or unpaid
• Attendees who do not check in onsite

If an attendee cancels their registration, fails to attend, or does not meet the published requirements, the rebate may be denied or forfeited.
